Attorney Tony Malley obtained a winning verdict for MeadWestvaco paper mill in the First District Court of Jasper County, Texas. The plaintiff injured his finger at the paper mill while employed by a contractor, Top Deck, out of Mauriceville, Texas. Plaintiff brought a personal injury claim against MeadWestvaco. After days of trial, the Jasper County jury found the Plaintiff was 100% accountable for his own injuries and did not award any damages. Judge Craig Mixson presided over the proceedings.
