We are pleased to announce that Mr. Anthony Malley, III has been elected as a member into the American Board of Trial Advocates based on nomination and extremely stringent qualifications.
ABOTA’s membership constitutes a “who’s who” of trial lawyers in the U.S. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization and elects only the most qualified trial lawyers and judges in America as members. These individuals must have tried at least twenty civil jury trials in order to be nominated by their peers. Once nominated, these lawyers and judges are evaluated under strict qualifications such as high personal character, honorable reputation and State Bar membership. The purpose of this Association is to improve ethical and technical standards to defend and preserve the rights granted to Americans and the right to trial by jury. ABOTA is based on integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal field.
