Malley Law Firm Takes Legal Victory

Malley Law Firm secured a unanimous verdict on client’s behalf.

Attorney Tony Malley obtained a winning verdict for MeadWestvaco paper mill in the First District Court of Jasper County, Texas.  The plaintiff injured his finger at the paper mill while employed by a contractor, Top Deck, out of Mauriceville, Texas.   Plaintiff brought a personal injury claim against MeadWestvaco.  After days of trial, the Jasper County jury found the Plaintiff was 100% accountable for his own injuries and did not award any damages.  Judge Craig Mixson presided over the proceedings.  Malley Law Firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury lawsuits in Texas.
